This is a varied role will includes identifying areas for each job seeker that require improvement, including numeracy, literacy, IT and interpersonal skills. You may also be required to help source jobs from local businesses and help promote the services of the centre at local events.

As a key person within a team you will be developing relationships with job seekers, looking after up to 30 at any one time, meeting with them, discovering ways to interest and motivate whilst getting them ready for employment and promoting our client's services within the community. This will involve high levels of customer service, being empathetic at all times, be tenacious and always optimistic.

The right person for this role will have or be working towards an NVQ in Advice and Guidance Level 3, would of either done a similar role within the Welfare to Work Sector, worked in a recruitment role before or an employee/ employer advisory role before.

Experience of volunteering with the disadvantaged in the community plus an office based customer service position would also be considered.

Salary is £19549 to start, increasing after completing probation. Benefits include Healthcare, company pension also your own training budget of £750 for your personal development and more.
