£8.78 per hour - Customer Service Advisor - Immediate start

Your new company
You will be working for a large NHS trust located in Blackburn. You will be assisting in all customer service queries to help with the daily operations of this trust. Working for the UK's largest employer will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to work in a rewarding environment which helps to improve the lives of others.

Your new role
Your new role will require you to work to tight deadlines whilst ensuring you provide a first class customer service at all times. Duties and responsibilities will include: logging all queries, advising clients in regards to any questions and enquiries and help assist to resolves, data entry using Microsoft Excel, processing information and preparing documents. Other duties include typing, filing and administration duties

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role you need to have good communication skills. As you will be dealing with members of the public, and clients, on a daily basis you need to be confident, professional and presentable. You will have an excellent telephone manner and are friendly and well-mannered with the public. It is essential that you have previous experience working within a receptionist role. You must also be a proficient user of the full Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

What you'll get in return
You will be working for an NHS trust full time, 37.5 hours per week. The contract is expected to last three months, covering sickness, which will provide you a great opportunity and experience to work for a national organisation. There is parking on-site.
