One of London's leading private training companies, an organisation with outstanding reputation for quality and results, is seeking an experienced Train to Gain manager, to lead on this LSC contract.

The company has an excellent customer base and has one of the most dynamic sales teams of any training company in London. Furthermore their business model allows for fast growth and expansion at a time when there is a high demand for their services.

As Train to Gain Manager you will manage a new team of assessors and verifiers, manage the LSC contractual obligations and ensure efficient output from your team, and work closely with the quality and sales teams.

This is an extremely exciting opportunity for an ambitious candidate with an eye for opportunity. Excellent bonuses and career progression are available.

To be considered, you must have experience managing a college or training provider Train to Gain contract and have an excellent working knowledge of the contract. The company also has offices all over London.
