The role requires candidates who have all round hospitality experience to be able to work with a diverse caseload of learners based in Gloucestershire aged between 16 and 24. Knowledge in Bar & Table, Chef, Food Prep, Front of House, Customer Services, Housekeeping and ideally some Retail is required to coach and assess learners so they can gain an NVQ.

All candidates must also be a car owner as you will be visiting your learners where they are working. You must also have qualifications up to level 3 or equivalent in Hospitality and have experience of managing and training others is beneficial.
Package includes £18,450 basic, bonus, 25 days holiday, pension and healthcare scheme and 30p per mile with the option of a company car later on. You will also be given a real opportunity to gain your Assessor Awards and be given training.
