Regional Basic skills Tutor – Surrey & Sussex £24,000

Are you an experienced Basic Skills trainer who is looking for a new challenge?

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Basic Skills tutor to work on an exciting LSC project based across the region. You will be travelling to businesses based across Surrey and Sussex and delivering Basic Skills on- site to their employees. The aim of this project is to upskill people with no basic skills qualifications and many of your potential students may also have ESOL needs so ideally you will have experience of teaching non-native learners. Due to the nature of this position role you will need to be able to adapt to your surroundings and be creative in your teaching methods. As it is multi-site you will be a car owner/driver (mileage paid)

You will be there from pre-entry interviews and employer discussion through to final delivery and will need to tailor your approach for each learner.
