A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Care Vocational Coach/ Assessor for a large National Training Company based in the Hampshire (M3 Corridor) Area.
The role includes the vocational training of a group of learners in the Adult Care arena to meet their targets and pass their NVQ Health and Social Care qualification. Also to assist in the recruitment of learners and client companies to take part in the Work Based Learning Programmes.
Duties include: -
"Coach, assess and maintain the minimum caseload of LSC, ELWa and SE funded learners to enable them to achieve their NVQ qualification
"Delivering and assessing Key skills qualifications
"Monitoring learners' practical training with employers
"Providing coaching, guidance and mentoring to the learner, their work place assessor/ supervisor and their employer as required
"Assist in the marketing of the Company's programmes to potential learners and employers
"Monitor employer's premises and implement appropriate health and safety requirements, including accident investigation where necessary
"Maintain existing relationships
Experience Required: -
"NVQ L3 qualification in Health and Social Care
"A1/ A2/ D32/ D33 in Health and Social Care would be preferred but not essential
"Industry Knowledge is essential
"Management and/ or supervisory experience would be desirable
"Own or have access to a car and can drive
"Flexibility to be mobile within the region and UK
"Ability to be creative in thought processes and delivery
Package includes: -
"Basic starting salary of £18,000 (rising to £18,500 after 6 months)
"25 days holiday
"35p per mile when travelling on business

"Company Car after 18 months (if you travel more than 10,000 business miles a year)
