0810-14 Client Services Manager ( EMEA) Cheshire or London based £50-55000 + bonus potential

My client is the leading global provider of top-tier, customised leadership development programmes, assessments and coaching for CEO's and Senior Executives.

A new post has been created to provide excellent operational delivery of multiple, global, large scale client projects through managing the EMEA Client Services team, the processes and all internal and external key relationships. This exciting role is both strategic and operational. You will be working as part of the Global Client Management Team with direct responsibility for teams in London and Cheshire. In addition you will be liaising with colleagues globally to ensure team and individual goals are aligned with the EMEA Regional strategy. .
To be successful in this position you will be able to demonstrate the following:

•Extensive experience in project management, customer service, people management and /or project team leadership

•A broad client facing/customer service understanding within the professional services, consulting or leadership development arena

•Experience of working in a fast-paced team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously

•Ability to develop professional internal and external relationships including virtual and complex teams

•Experience of managing materials and using assessment tools

•Previous work with international audiences

This role is expected to evolve with the new organisational structure so you must be excited by change and very operationally focused. Travel is approximately 20% (within Europe and globally)
