Job Broker/Recruiter X 4 in Training Co/Charity

Our client, based in South East London (London Mainline & Tube) requires an additional 4-5 staff. A registered charity/training organisation, working with people to fulfil their potential. This role is not within a commercial recruitment agency. You will join the current team of over 25 Employment Advisers promoting routes into work or training for disadvantaged groups.Currently the charity works with large employers in partnership, to provide opportunities for their clients in either paid or voluntary posts. You will set up procedures to take and make referrals and liaise with the large team of outreach workers and partners to successfully place clients into work. You will have experience of placing people into employment and preferably already have an existing network of key contacts. The ability to work to targets is essential. Interviewing skills, Advice & Guidance, Basic Health and Safety an advantage.
