Our client specialises in projects partnering with local communities and unemployed Single Parents to get them back into the work place. Whilst getting the best training and a real commitment to your personal development and career.

As a key person within a team you will be developing relationships with job seekers, looking after up to 30 at any one time, meeting with them, discovering ways to interest and motivate whilst getting them ready for employment and promoting our client’s services within the community. This will involve high levels of customer service, being empathetic at all times, be tenacious and always optimistic.

Your background will be from a target focused sales or customer service environment, have experience within a telephone based or customer facing role, be educated to a good standard including advanced skills in Maths and English also, very importantly must love talking to people and meeting goals! Knowledge of the Tower Hamlets area and the difficulties facing single parents today would also be an advantage but not essential.

Package includes Basic up to £23K depending on experience, bonus and a fantastic training and development package which will give you a successful and rewarding career for the future either in training or management.
