Based in the Ealing Pathways Office you will be: -
"Responsible for your own targets
"Delivering orientation to members
"Delivering group sessions and one to ones in soft skills, job searching and motivational training
"Providing feedback
"Induction training
"Keeping accurate records
"Promoting the services of the Pathways project and the job ready members to SME's in the local community
"Developing key relationships with clients, members and the team
"Work with the team to select job ready members for interview
The right person will: -
"Possess or working towards a recognised teacher training qualification i.e. Train the trainer, City &Guilds 704, PGCE, DTLLS, CTLLS or Cert. Ed
"Experience of teaching/ delivering a course to a group and advising one to one
"Be educated to a good level preferably hold a degree or equivalent
"Advanced Maths and English Skills
"Advanced communication skills with people at all levels
"Work Performance Target driven, methodical approach,
"Confident and calm under pressure
"Self starter, never gives up
"Understanding of the difficulties faced by members on benefits
"Any understanding of another language and the Brent area would be beneficial
Package includes Basic £25K depending on experience, bonus and a fantastic training and development package which will give you a successful and rewarding career.
