Your new company Your new secondary school based in the Blackpool area are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant on a long term basis due to an increase in pupil numbers. This role is until at least the end of the academic year with a view to it being extended further following a successful placement. Your new role Joining this School as a teaching assistant you will be responsible for supporting pupils on a one to one basis as well as participating in a group setting too. Your responsibilities will include ensuring all work is easily accessible for all pupils and that all pupils are able to achieve their potential. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful for this post, experience working as a teaching assistant with pupils aged between 11 and 16 is absolutely essential. Previous intervention work is desirable, although not essential.
