Qualified German Teacher
Full time, Qualified German Teacher needed immediately. Hays Education are delighted to be working on behalf of a Northamptonshire School to recruit for a qualified German teacher for a long term post to start immediately. This is a full time teaching role, Monday to Friday across KS3 and KS4 and may extend from September if the position is available.
Your new School
Joining the school, you will work in the MFL department alongside fellow MFL teachers who will all support you upon joining the school. You will be teaching German across KS3 and KS4, as well as ideally Spanish and will be responsible for all planning and preparation as well as the marking and assessment of work. You will continue with the school through until July 2017 and must complete the full length of the assignment, ensuring continuity for pupils. As this is a long term position, you may also be required to attend parent’s evenings and other school functions as well as potential school trips.
Your new Role
In your new secondary teaching job you will be expected to plan interesting and challenging German lessons that will engage pupils and you will have the natural ability to deliver them with confidence and enthusiasm. You will need to be experienced teaching German to KS3 and KS4 and be familiar with the current curriculum. The role is offered 5 days per week on a term by term basis beginning April 2017.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in your new teaching job you will have completed your studies and hold UK QTS or a similar teaching qualification. You will be an experienced German Teacher that is passionate about student progress and is committed to helping pupils to achieve their academic potential. The ideal candidate would have been in a long term or permanent teaching role and will be able to supply Hays with outstanding references from the previous employer.
