We are looking for a driven, innovative and organised classroom teacher to join a dedicated, hardworking and successful Enterprise department. The department has consistently achieved outstanding results and in 2016 it was ranked in the top percentile in terms of value added nationally. At KS3, WA are developing the use of technology in the classroom through using chromebooks. AT KS4 and 5 students are currently on the BTEC course of study.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, highly motivated and an excellent classroom practitioner who is committed to student success and development. Experience of planning and delivering BTEC courses is desirable, the ideal candidate should be aware of the changes facing the subject area nationally and be able to implement new courses accordingly. Most importantly, there is a real opportunity to contribute to a team that is making a difference.
