Secondary school in Derbyshire require a qualified teacher of Science to cover sickness. The role will be within a well supported department.

Main duties will be teaching Science to Key Stage 3 and GCSE level. You will be expected to work within the schools aims of providing Science for all. The children at Key Stage 3 will study Science as part of the core curriculum and Key Stage 4 study as part of the core curriculum with a choice of Applied Science or Additional Science option so knowledge of this syllabus is critical.

Planning monitoring and assessment of all children’s work.
Managing behaviour of all children under your tuition.
