Girls PE Teacher - 3 Days a Week - Near Preston - Jan-July '

A secondary school near Preston, Lancashire, is looking for a girls physical education teacher to cover Wednesday through to Friday from Jan until the end of the academic year in July.

The school cater from 11-16 year olds and they require a good all round teacher to join their department for two terms. The students are expected to perform to the highest ability and the PE department, as well as the whole school, encourage children to try all sports and from this they have a high attendance for their numerous extra curricular activities. As the ideal candidate you will be expected to assist with the extra curricular activities during the days that you are teaching, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

The PE department not only encourage the students to participate in all sports they also encourage them to develop the additional attributes used within sport, for example, a positive attitude and to take pride in what they accomplish. These are then used throughout the school in all classes.

Set within reach of 5 major motorways the school has easy road links from the local area. Although slightly more difficult by train it is not impossible to travel by train.
