Teacher of Mathematics

Mathematics teacher required to cover a vacancy within a Derby school.

Main duties include
Planning Monitoring and assessment of children's work.
Dealing with challenging behaviour and building rapport with children with Special Educational Needs.
Assessing work and recording all information in line with the national curriculum.

The Skills Required
Teaching Key stage 4 and 5 across a range of abilities.
Providing a stimulating learning environment for children to develop and stretch themselves.
Maintaining classroom control through positive behaviour management.
Reporting and recording all necessary information.
Being an active part of school and pastoral initiatives
