Founded in December 2000, Step Teachers has gone from strength to strength and now has an extensive network of schools up and down the country, as well as a team of dedicated, hard-working and top quality teachers. Step Teachers believes in building relationships with our clients, both schools and teachers, and our personalised approach allows us to get to know your needs and requirements so that we can fulfil them. Step Teachers' founding partners, Marios Georgiou and James Newman were both teachers themselves, and our ethos is built on an understanding of the teacher recruitment process along with a determination to gear our service to the needs of schools. We believe our success is due in large part to our ability to relate to the needs of our teachers and school contacts. No matter how big we grow or how many clients rely on our service, we instil in all our staff the importance of this understanding and the relationships that result from this approach.
