jjFOX is a privately owned company that has been trading since June 2004. Whilst this is a relatively short period the company has been built on the hugely successful backgrounds of the Directors and numerous other key staff which has enabled a rate of growth far beyond that of an average start-up business.
We currently have 6 offices in Bournemouth, Bristol, London, Manchester, Newcastle and Truro.

Our agents have been chosen for their abilities and track records in developing and maintaining long-term business relationships. Each agent specialises within a specific industry, market and location and their experience within these arenas allow them to provide unsurpassed levels of Understanding, Service, and Delivery.
At jjFOX we do not overcomplicate our role in your recruitment process, we do however, commit ourselves to three basic principles of; Understanding, Service and Delivery:
Understanding – The first stage in all of our activities is to achieve a full understanding of the situation. The experience of our agents gives us the platform from which to understand your requirements. We are aware that each client, client contact and requirement involves an individual level of understanding. Again, we do not believe this is a complicated process and we use simple and honest communication to achieve this.
Service – At jjFOX, as previously mentioned, we consider each requirement to be a unique process due to the infinite number of different situations, requests and applicants that we encounter. Our service, however, is the one constant in an otherwise changing process. Therefore, our service must be based on fundamentals of integrity, communication, work ethic, commitment and process.
Delivery – In order to guarantee our service levels we have had to accept that the delivery of applicants is not a constant and therefore, as such, cannot be a part of the "Service" we provide. Applicants are after all people, and people, as we all know, will on occasion let you down. This is an important distinction from other recruitment agencies as it allows us to concentrate on the different disciplines of our job and not confuse "Delivery" and "Service" as so many others do. Having, unusually for a marketing document, not guaranteed the delivery, we can guarantee that we have created an environment and structure within jjFOX which means everything that leads and assists in the placement of an applicant is in place. Briefly, these are: Professional agents with considerable competence and recruitment experience, sector specific agents, delivery team (trainee agents constantly sourcing applicants), role specific advertising (at no extra cost), database searching, proactive networking, leading technology for our agents to utilise.
