Cover People are small in size but very large in experience. Our company's aim is to employ strong candidates for our schools, striving for success in ensuring the right candidate is chosen for the job. We strive for professionalism, honesty and integrity, these being core in our business. We are a small team so it's all hands on deck. Anyone in the company will be able to help you be it for primary or secondary queries or teacher registration. We have a holistic approach and want people to feel they can trust us to get on with the job in hand. Cover People's role will be to not only secure vacancies from schools but to ensure that teachers are placed in the vacancies best suited to them, i.e. location, subject and type of school. We have expectations of course and those are that you are honest, punctual, hard working and able to communitcate on all levels. We reward hard work and the package would be competitive.
