Beresford Blake Thomas was formed in 1989 by Peter Reynolds and Jeremy Sharp. Peter was from a recruitment background and Jeremy in advertising. We have over 200 recruitment consultants in 23 offices across the UK. BBT is now in it's 13th year and continuing to expand. We are one of the leading agencies in our field, with a high profile advertising presence in the national and international professional journals as well as the national and ethnic press and local papers. One area of focus is in the nursery/montessori section. The candidates that we have high demand for are those with an NNEB or equivalent. BBT are continuously approached by government-funded organisations, private and voluntary establishments for staffing solutions.
