Smile Education are working on behalf of a Central Birmingham Primary School to assist in their recruitment drive for September 2020. This three-form entry primary school based in the Bordesley Green area offers consistent opportunities for both Experienced and Newly Qualified Teachers to progress in their careers.


This inner-city Primary School based in Bordesley Green records average attainment both in across EYFS and KS1 & KS2 combined results. Progress scores remain above the city and national averages. The setting has strong links with their surrounding community including local nurseries & feeder secondary schools. They can fully support NQTs and access will be provided to the best practice settings this school has established links with, within the local area. This Primary School benefits from being a part of a Birmingham based Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) and therefore successful applicants can expect to receive training from ?Outstanding? practitioners based across both school sites. To be successful in your application, you should have experience in one or more of the following:

? Hold a relevant UK teaching qualification with QTS

? Able and willing to travel to the central Birmingham area

? Exceptionally dedicated to supporting pupils achieve the very best through a all-inclusive curriculum
