Liverpool Primary Teaching Assistant

Your new role
This exciting new opportunity will see you supporting children across both KS1 and KS2 classes, making sure they are achieving their best and fully supported for the challenges they may face in this ever changing world. You will be supporting the class teachers, keeping track of each pupils progression and reporting back to the teacher at the end of each day. You will work with small groups of children, encouraging independent learning as well as organising creative and educational activities.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to demonstrate what additional and different learning techniques you have to help close the gap between lower and higher level ability pupils. You will have experience of working across in a similar Teaching Assistant job within the past 12 months. It is important to our schools that you have enthusiasm and a real passion for working with young children. You must be able to work well in a team as well as use your own initiative when working 1:1 or with groups of children.
