As a Recruitment/ Employer Liaison Consultant based in their North West London Office you will be: -
·Responsible for your own targets (KPI's)
·Promoting the free services our client provides to small & medium local businesses
·Develop long lasting relationships with the local community
·Attending job fairs and local networking events
·Employer site visits
·Gain possible employment placements for members
·Organising interviews for "job ready" members
·Developing key relationships with the members and your team
·Managing the ongoing client and member relationships
The right person will: -
·Be educated to a good level preferably hold a degree or equivalent
·Advanced Maths and English Skills
·Advanced communication skills with people at all levels
·Able to present to a group
·Work Performance Target driven, methodical approach,
·Confident and calm under pressure
·Self starter, never gives up
·Motivational, Engaging and proactive
·Understanding of the difficulties faced by members with disabilities on benefits
Package includes up to a Basic of up to £25K (can be negotiated up to £28K) depending on experience, bonus and a fantastic training and development package which will give you a successful and rewarding career.
