Candidate Details

I have spent my evenings teaching at an evening school. I have had experience in teaching children between the ages of 5-16. In observation I have been praised by management for my ability to apply different teaching methods to ensure each child attains the best grade. My experience as a volunteer has honed my interpersonal skills; I have acted as a counsellor, listening emphatically to young people’s struggles. My purpose behind this is to give the appropriate advice which I always do responsibly and confidentially. Furthermore, working as part of a multi-faith team and acting as a multilingual volunteer tour guide-, for a place of worship, has made me open minded and willing to integrate and work together with people from different walk of life and religions. This experience of working with and mentoring children and teenagers of all ages and ethnicities has taught me how to communicate effectively with students and parents, colleagues, management and teachers.
